Things To Do

Downtown Fort Wayne is home to many of our museums and attractions. A few that can't be missed are the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory, Fort Wayne Museum of Art, and Historic Old Fort Wayne.

Downtown's parks are the soul of our city. Check out our newest riverfront park at Promenade Park, where you can stroll the Treetop Canopy Trail, splash in the Kids' Canal, and rent a kayak or bike! While, downtown you will also want to catch a festival at Headwaters Park and take time to stroll the tree-lined Freimann Square on Main Street.

Downtown Fort Wayne has dozens of locally owned retailers that offer that special souvenir or gift. Check out the full list here.

No need to head home when the sun goes down. In the summer, you'll want to catch a TinCaps Baseball game at Parkview Field, and any time of year you can catch a touring production live on stage at the Embassy Theatre.
