When you contract for an event in 2024 in Fort Wayne, Indiana!

Visit Fort Wayne has a ‘Sign & Save’ incentive for meeting planners and event organizers who work with us to source their RFP and sign a contract with a hotel or venue in Fort Wayne/Allen County prior to December 31, 2023 for dates in 2024!

This incentive will provide a group with savings based on total number of room nights contracted!

To qualify for this incentive, a group must meet the below requirements:

RFP is sourced through Visit Fort Wayne. Contracts at hotels and venues cannot be in place or signed prior to working with Visit Fort Wayne.
New Group Business to Fort Wayne/Allen County.
Returning Group Business to Fort Wayne/Allen County after 5 or more years.
Group must fall over ‘2024 Need Date Calendar.’ Contact a Visit Fort Wayne sales team member (listed below) for calendar.
