Built in 1928, the Historic Embassy Theatre features national productions from the Broadway stage, concerts of all musical formats, cinema, educational programming and a continued commitment to young people.

Through all renovations and improvements, the Embassy Theatre has maintained the historic integrity of the building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Newly renovated, the Embassy and adjoining historic building once the Indiana Hotel, now plays host to a myriad of professional, social and community events each year including the annual Festival of Trees. The restored Great Ball Room and roof top plaza are perfect backdrops for special events.

First hitting the comedy stage straight out of high school at 18, he has honed his craft at comedy clubs, bars, casinos, military bases, cruise ships, colleges, corporate shows, fundraisers, restaurants and even a back yard or two. His comedy has universal appeal.</p> <p><strong>Steve Smargon</strong><br />Steve Smargon is a military veteran that performs all across the country and the winner of the National Clean Comedy Challenge. He is known in the comedy universe as the “Bipolar Marine.” He is “hilarious, plain and simple,” according to the <em>Toledo Free Press</em>. His twisted takes on life cover many diverse topics and his style on any given night all depend on whether he took his prescribed medication, or…a handful of Skittles.</p> <p><strong>Michael C. Moses</strong><br />Fort Wayne Comedy Club owner Michael C. Spanning freely across the multiple genres such as jazz, funk, folk, and classical, Shimabukuro has taken the four-string instrument to places not previously imagined.
