Public Art in Fort Wayne
Visit Fort Wayne is an organization that takes an intentional approach to understanding, creating, and promoting diversity, equity and inclusion within our workplace and community.
Visit Fort Wayne agrees that systemic sexism, racism and discrimination exists throughout our culture and in our tourism industry. We pledge to take regular and measurable actions to advance anti-racism, anti-harassment, and anti-discriminatory solutions by our Board and staff, and we gladly serve all people. We also seek to reflect and amplify the voices of people from all backgrounds in our internal practices and external marketing, sales, and communications.
United Front is a community-wide education initiative focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion. Visit Fort Wayne is proud to participate in the United Front initiative.
“Hope, passion, and a desire to see our own community improve in the areas of racial diversity and inclusion drove leaders to create United Front; an initiative that provides a safe environment for participants to learn a shared humanity, a common language, and philosophy that is changing the trajectory of the community for generations to come.”
