- Kick off your first night in Fort Wayne with a TinCaps baseball game! Be sure to stick around for the post-game fireworks.
Insider Tip: seats on the lawn are just $7! - Start your next day with the Fort Wayne Children’s Zoo where you can feed the stingrays and giraffes, ride a dugout canoe through the Outback, and discover 40 acres of animal encounters.
- Grab a slice in downtown Fort Wayne at 816 Pint & Slice, Alto Grado, or Big Apple Pizza.
- After lunch, stroll through the lush gardens at the Botanical Conservatory, filled with interactive exhibits and calming water features.
- Grab dinner at one of the walkable restaurants on The Landing, and if you have a short wait for dinner, use the Fort Wayne Public Art Trail to find larger-than-life murals just steps away.
- Spend the evening bowling, competing in a game of mini golf, or playing laser tag at Crazy Pinz, Lazer X, Putt-Putt, Deadeye Dicks, Georgetown Entertainment, or Combat Ops.
- The following day, enjoy a stroll and splash at Promenade Park. With the winding Kids’ Canal and splash pad, porch swings and yard games, scenic Tree Canopy Trail, and accessible playground, there are activities for the whole family. Insider Tip: Add to the adventure with a kayak or paddleboard rental from Fort Wayne Outfitters - located on the north bank of the St. Marys River in Promenade Park.
- Before you head out of town, take the fun indoors to Science Central for more than 200 hands-on exhibits. See a live science experiment in the newly-renovated accessible theater, splash in the water zone, test your knowledge of the solar systems at the Science on a Sphere exhibit, and so much more.
