Copper Spoon is a locally owned restaurant and bar located in the Harrison Building, downtown Fort Wayne. The food program focuses on using sustainable, locally sourced meat and produce whenever possible. With a menu that rotates seasonally there’s truly something for everyone. The nationally acclaimed bar program takes that same care into their cocktails. With house made syrups, fresh citrus, and passion for ice it is truly a unique bar experience to Fort Wayne. The bar also features about 600 unique spirits & wines, with well over 200 being whiskey alone. We open at 5PM Monday-Saturday. Kitchen closes at 10PM, and the bar stays open till 11pm (12am Wednesday and Thursday). Friday and Saturday, we feature late night food until 12am, and bar service till 1am.
During the summer months, Copper Spoon has a sister bar located on its patio called The Sidecar. It is Fort Wayne’s only Tiki bar experience. The food menu is reminiscent to Polynesian street food and the cocktails are tropical, strong, and like no other!
