Black Pine Animal Sanctuary
Recognized as one of Indiana's Top Ten "Summer Gotta-Do's" Black Pine is a true sanctuary that doesn’t buy, sell, breed, trade or seek out animals. The 18-acre refuge is home to 100 displaced, captive-raised wildcats, bears, wolves, primates, reptiles, birds and more. Public visitation and many special events by reservation are available throughout the year. The Wolf Den Gifts & Things, offering a variety of animal-themed merchandise and souvenirs, is open by request and for walk-in visitation during the summer season.TOURS: Sanctuary tour programs are offered year round, daily during summer, and by appointment during the off-season.
