The Bradley Hotel: Arbor & Birdie's
Located on the ground floor of The Bradley Hotel, just steps from The Landing, Arbor is a familiar but modern take on breakfast favorites. Bold prints and pops of color energize guests well before their first cup of Joe. Glancing at the menu, you'll notice comfort foods you know and love with a gourmet spin. For those who wake up with a sweet tooth, you'll devour the Cinnamon French Toast and bakery pastries. Otherwise, sink your teeth into the Egg Sandwich topped with tomato jam, white cheddar, and arugula. For those who prefer to sleep in, Arbor is also open for lunch, serving up Grown-Up Grilled Cheese and the Salmon Club. Stay tuned for dinner at Arbor coming soon!
In the evening, sip a cocktail and relax above the city at Birdie's Restaurant and Rooftop Bar. Though the menu is limited, the flavor adventure is endless! Bistro Nota has taken our familiar Midwestern favorites and added a delicious, French-inspired twist. Their frequently changing menu is made from scratch and uses only the best local ingredients to create small plates, entrée’s, and desserts. Start your intimate dinner experience with the Bistro Ragout – braised lamb served with vegetables and in-house Parisienne Gnocchi. Then, move to the main course and delight your taste buds in the Beef Teres Major – a shoulder tenderloin served with potato velouté, sofrito, and house made Focaccia. Be sure to save room for the Bistro Blondie! The bistro is currently open Wednesday-Saturday, and reservation is recommended.

Stroll through Promenade Park and you'll find the oasis that is Trubble Riverside Cafe and Tap. Find shelter from the sun under the pavilion or grab a beverage and head to the Bier Garden — furry friends welcome! The indoor cafe is open to all ages and offers plenty of brews and snacks to fuel a competitive game of cornhole or giant Jenga. I recommend the Braided Pretzel with Trubble Beer Cheese, or the California Dog — an all-beef hotdog with chorizo chili, kimchi slaw, and green onions! Be sure to check the schedule ahead of time to catch a concert in the park during the summer!
