FORT WAYNE, Ind. - Grab a partner and do-si-do as the 2016 National Square Dance Convention will take place at the Grand Wayne Convention Center in downtown Fort Wayne from June 15-18.

The four-day convention, hosted by the Academy for Advanced and Challenge Enthusiasts, is expected to draw 350 attendees from across the United States, of all ages and abilities. This year's featured square dance callers are John Marshall (Virginia) and Rob French (California).

Many other preeminent callers will be in Fort Wayne for the convention, including Sandie Bryant (Illinois), Vic Cedar (California), Todd Fellegy (Connecticut), Anne Uebelacker (British Columbia), and Barry Clasper (Ontario).

On Wednesday, the dancing will run from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., and on Thursday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. On Thursday and Friday, convention attendees will participate in caller clinics, educational sessions, and dancing workshops.
