    2018-04-20 2018-06-03 Curated by Seth Green presented by First Presbyterian Gallery <p>IPFW Student Juried Exhibition: Curated by Seth Green</p> <p>Public Reception: Friday, April 20, 5:30p - 7p</p> <p>Congregational Reception: Sunday, April 22, 12:15p - 1:30p</p> <p>The exhibition will showcase pieces of art created by talented students in the Department of Fine Arts at IPFW. A variety of media will be represented including: ceramics, drawing, mixed media, painting, printmaking, and sculpture. Seth Green, Assistant Professor of Ceramics at IPFW, will be the curator of the exhibition. This exhibition will coincide with the Empty Bowls Fundraiser put on by the IPFW Ceramics Guild and First Presbyterian Church on Tuesday, May 1, 11:00a-2:00p, to raise funds for the Fort Wayne Community Harvest Food Bank and the Ceramics Guild.</p> <p>Gallery hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm, Sundays 9:30am-1:00pm, and during all theater performances. Feel free to browse this beautiful artwork at your leisure. Thomas Jefferson (yes that one), Charles Dickens (the very same) and Count Leo Tolstoy (who else?) are brought together in the afterlife for a blistering battle of wits over the true meaning of the four Gospels.   • 2018-05-11 2018-05-12 Project Ballet's Spring Concert <p>The Project Ballet Spring Concert features 70 dancers ages 6-18 in ten works by eight choreographers. The performance is on Friday, May 11 at 7pm and Saturday, May 12 at 1pm &amp; 6pm. Each performance runs approximately 90 minutes and each performance features a different cast. Featured Choreographers include Austin Dowdy, Jill Eathorne-Bahr, Marcus Galante, Melinda Howe, Darcie Perkins, Robert Steele and Sara Taylor-Neal. In more than 25 years FAME has touched the lives of thousands of children and families throught programs ranging from visiting artisits, to summer arts camp, to participation in music, art, and dance project that culminate in anannual spring Festival at the Grand Wayne Center.</p> <p>Our annual FAME exhibit showcases the talents of youth in the Fort Wayne and Allen County schools.
