Contest Eligibility Statement

The Fort Wayne/Allen County Indiana Convention and Visitors Bureau d/b/a Visit Fort Wayne (“Visit Fort Wayne”), reserves the right to limit the eligibility of persons entering any getaways, drawings, or contests ("Contests") on the Visit Fort Wayne Website ("Website"). This practice may also extend to Contests generated on social media networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. ("Social Media").

Limitations and Requirements

Any person entering a Contest ("Entrant") may have their data recorded by Visit Fort Wayne.
Entrants submitting information for a Contest agree that Visit Fort Wayne may use this data for future contact and marketing purposes.
Visit Fort Wayne staff, and their family and household members will not be eligible to win any Contests.
Visit Fort Wayne reserves the right to place additional restrictions on Contest eligibility, which would be presented in the description of each Contest.
Visit Fort Wayne will not be responsible for errors in an Entrant's data that disrupt the possibility of contacting an Entrant.
Contests are open for submissions for limited times. Contests may be withdrawn from the Website or Social Media at any time, without notice, at the discretion of Visit Fort Wayne.
Odds of winning will vary, based on the number of Entrants submitted.
Any Entrant who receives a prize or award from a Contest ("Winner") will have the eligibility to receive any additional Contest prize or award eliminated for up to 365 days.
Any Winner may be considered eligible to win a Contest, provided the required number of days has passed since the previous prize or award was selected.
Visit Fort Wayne reserves the right to determine the method of selecting a Winner from the eligible Entrants.
Any Entrant who is determined the Winner of a Contest must respond to the notification of winning within a reasonable amount of time.
If a winning Entrant does not respond to a contact within a reasonable amount of time, the contest prize may be forfeited, and a new Winner may be selected from the remaining eligible Entrants.
Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Visit Fort Wayne, its employees, and affiliates harmless from liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly.
Entrants must meet each of these requirements in order to be considered eligible for any Visit Fort Wayne Website or Social Media Contest.
