About the Three Rivers Trails

The trails start at 5435 E. Paulding Rd. and form a loop so riders can enjoy riding for any length of time. These trails do not allow bicycles or walkers/runners and are only open to mounted riders.

The park also features a well for watering horses, parking at the trailhead off Paulding Rd., a pavilion for picnics after riding, and an accessible horse mounting ramp. The park is open for daytime use and does not offer horse rentals, so don't forget to bring your own horse!

For 18 years, Lynn Sroufe, President of the Three Rivers Horse Trails inc., and Dawn Ritchie, Member of the Board of Directors, have been making great efforts to bring equestrian trails to Allen County, which ranks fourth in the state for number of horses owned. This has been an important project that will make local horse riders not only happy but also safer. The park is expected to draw horse enthusiasts from neighboring states and communities to enjoy the trails.
