Welcome to the Fort Wayne Visitors Center, located in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne at the corner of S. Harrison Street and W. Washington Boulevard.

Parking Options Available

When you visit, you’ll find a variety of convenient parking options. There are metered spots along S. Harrison Street and W. Wayne Street, an Allen County Public Library parking lot across the street on Harrison St., or you can choose garage parking at the Civic Garage at 100 E. Washington Boulevard or the Skyline Garage at 220 W. Wayne Street. Both garages are just a four-minute walk from our front door.

You can enter through the main doors at 927 S. Harrison Street. For accessible entry, a ramp and automatic door are available to the right.

Inside the lobby, the entrance to the Visitors Center is on your right. Visit Fort Wayne’s administration offices are located to the left. Restrooms are down the left hallway and require an access code, which can be obtained from the Visitors Center.

Once inside the Visitors Center, you’ll be greeted by friendly staff ready to answer any questions at the front desk. If you're here for a meeting with one of our staff members, you'll also start by checking in at the Visitors Center front desk. Pick up helpful information like maps, dining guides, and more—perfect to take with you on the go. You can also browse Fort Wayne merchandise and locally made goods available for purchase.

The Visitors Center is open Monday through Friday, with hours listed on our website at VisitFortWayne.com.
