There is so much to do in Fort Wayne - any time of year! We have a celebration planned for every weekend of the summer - and all throughout the year!

Arab Fest

June 2 – 3

Visit Headwaters Park in Fort Wayne to try new foods, learn about Arab culture, and take a camel ride! 



June 3 – 10

Come to Headwaters Park in Fort Wayne for the annual week-long celebration of German Heritage and Essen, Trinken, und Gemülichkeit (Eating, Drinking, and having a really good time).


New Haven Canal Days

June 5 – 9

Celebrate the heritage and hospitality of the Hoosier State at New Haven's Canal Days. Enjoy a parade, vendors, crafts, and tasty treats at this annual festival.


Hobnobben Film Festival

June 7 – 10

This is the Summit City's premiere multi-day, multi-venue film festival, presented by Cinema Center, a nonprofit film organization with 40 years of experience in the community.


BBQ Ribfest

June 14 – 17

Brisket, ribs, pulled pork, rib sandwiches, BBQ chicken and more - it's a BBQ lover's paradise all served up just the way you love it.



June 21 – 24

Opa! Come celebrate with us and enjoy a large variety of Greek cuisine and entertainment including live music, dancing, and other activities each day.


Sweetwater Gearfest

June 22 – 23

Experience the largest music tradeshow open to the public in the United States featuring a gear expo, entertainment, flea market and more!


Dragon Boat Races

June 23

Teams of 20 paddlers will race 300 meters down the river in these exciting races.



June 30

Join the fun and celebration of the street performer! Enjoy quirky and unexpected live art including staged acts, buskers, mimes, face painters and stilt walkers roaming the crowd.


Three Rivers Festival

July 13 – 21

Don't miss Fort Wayne's favorite summer party since 1969 complete with family-friendly fun with arts, crafts, amusement rides, food vendors and much more!


St. Joe Pickle Festival

July 19 – 21

An old-time festival that was one of Food Network’s All American Festivals. Featuring food, music, a parade, fireworks, pickle factory tours, and more!


Allen County Fair

July 24 – 29

In addition to 4-H festivities, the fair offers a full food court, carnival rides, and family fun events.


Pride Fest

July 27 – 28

Celebrate diversity in Fort Wayne and the surrounding area. Featuring a vendor market, beer tent, kidspace, tournaments, and live entertainment from local, regional, and national singers and bands.


Taste of the Arts

August 24 – 25

Indulge in Downtown Fort Wayne's premiere arts and food festival held at the Arts United Campus and surrounding four-block area.


Grabill Country Fair

September 6 – 8

Enjoy Grabill's country-style fair that highlights the area’s Amish heritage with food, crafts, kids events, and much more!


Middle Waves

September 14 – 15

After the success of the inaugural year, Middle Waves returns to rock Fort Wayne, and the Midwest! The premier music festival for the region will feature local, regional, and national acts and headliners.


Johnny Appleseed Festival

September 15 – 16

Celebrates the life and times of John Chapman, also known as Johnny Appleseed. Food, demonstrations, crafts, antiques, entertainment, children’s area, farmer’s market and more! The Johnny Appleseed festival is fun for the whole family.
