seared red snapper, clams, shrimp and poblano peppers, bell peppers and carrots and a spicy tomato sauce garnished with a cilantro pesto crostini

Lomo Saltado (v)
thinly sliced flank steak with fried potatoes, red onion, and cherry tomatoes sauteed in an aji amarillo sauce, served with white rice and peruvian green sauce.

Yucatan Chicken (v)
served with a green mole, spanish rice, grilled squash and cotija cheese

Hibiscus Tart
graham cracker crust topped with hibiscus lemon curd and bruleed meringue
