Anthony Juliano is Vice President/General Manager at Asher Agency and the Founder of Point Six Four Consulting and Training. An experienced speaker, trainer, writer, and marketing and communication strategist, Anthony approaches his work with one simple goal: to help others understand our changing communication environment and tell their stories so they can reach their goals. He is a seasoned presenter on a variety of topics, including communication, marketing, branding, productivity, and social media (with a specific focus on LinkedIn), and has taught at four colleges. Anthony has served as a keynote speaker, presented at international conferences, and delivered a TEDx presentation. He lives in Fort Wayne.


Heather Herron is the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Sweetwater. Prior to joining Sweetwater in May of 2018, Heather spent 17 years as the evening anchor at Fort Wayne's CBS affiliate, WANE-TV. Her broadcasting career began in 1990 and she worked at several radio and television stations in Indiana and Michigan as a reporter, producer, and news anchor.

She holds a B.S. in Telecommunications from Ball State University. Her work as a journalist has resulted in several awards, including a Regional Emmy. Heather's role at Sweetwater capitalizes on her extensive knowledge of media and public relations. She works closely with other members of the Executive Team to showcase the growth of Sweetwater, improve community involvement and engagement, and continue the philanthropic work of Sweetwater and Chuck & Lisa Surack.

Heather has been involved in numerous non-profit agencies. She’s a board member for Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana, the AWS Foundation, and the Schwab Foundation and is an active volunteer for the local chapter of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF).


Kevin Erb graduated from Ball State University with a degree in journalism. After experience as a newspaper reporter, digital editor and magazine editor, he made the switch to marketing and public relations. In the nearly 20 years since, his diverse and extensive experience includes work as a copywriter, social media manager, project and account manager, content strategist, and director-level leader overseeing earned media, agency marketing and business development. His PR work spans a wide array of industries, including tourism / destination and retail.


Angelica Robinson Pickens is the Public Information Officer for the City of Fort Wayne’s Community Development Division. She also is an adjunct professor of communication at Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne. Previously, Pickens worked at WANE 15, where she served as lead investigative reporter, fill-in anchor, and multimedia journalist. She is a native of Dayton, Ohio but for the last six years has called the Summit City home. She graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor's degree in Communication and later obtained a master's in journalism at DePaul University in Chicago.
