Join us for the Spring 2022 Midwest Travel Journalists Association Conference in Fort Wayne, Indiana — April 29 – May 3, 2022! Explore Indiana’s second-largest city filled with award-winning attractions and experiences, reconnect in-person with members and associates, and discover new story ideas each day.

Delight in the Midwestern charm and elegant design at our conference host hotel, The Bradley. This beautiful boutique hotel is a collaboration between Vera Bradley co-founder, Barbara Bradley Baekgaard, and Provenance Hotels. Rest easy in the heart of downtown Fort Wayne on The Landing Historic District.

Fort Wayne’s convenient location in Northeast Indiana offers easy driveability from major Midwest cities like Chicago, Indianapolis, and Detroit. Or choose to fly into the Fort Wayne International Airport. Located just 10 minutes from downtown, this airport offers daily non-stop flights to and from several major cities.

Registration Instructions

To be fully registered for the MTJA Spring 2022 Conference, you will need to fill out the registration form below + pay your registration fee through the link you’ll be provided after submitting your form.

1. Review Conference Itinerary & in-market FAM tours
2. Review Pre and Post Tour Options (Active Members Only)
3. Fill out the Registration Form Below
4. You’ll then be directed to pay your conference registration fee. (See Pricing)
5. Active Members will have their accommodations covered and will receive further information in late March.
6. *Associate Members, you will need to book your own accommodations through our room block

Convention Dates – Friday, April 29 – Tuesday, May 3

Registration – Thursday, January 6 – Monday, March 14

Notification of Pre-Post Tours – Week of March 28

Should you need to cancel your registration, you can do so up until Wednesday, March 23 for a full refund.

No refunds after Thursday, March 24

Pricing

Actives - $100
Visit Fort Wayne to provide a travel stipend ($150), hotel accommodations, meals, tours, activities, in-town transportation, and transfers.

Associates: $200
Includes meals, tours, activities, in-town transportation, and transfers. Associates will also be required to cover their own accommodations. Please book your hotel directly through our Conference Link.

Guests: $300
Includes meals, tours, activities, in-town transportation, and transfers. Guests will also be required to cover their own accommodations if a separate room is required. If attending a pre or post tour, there may be a minimal cost for guests to help cover meals.
