Hotel Accommodations
Hilton Downtown at the Grand Wayne Convention Center
The Hilton at the Grand Wayne Convention Center is conveniently attached to the meeting space and offers on-site Starbucks and Features restaurant.
Parking is located directly across the street from the hotel in the Civic Parking Garage. There is a sign near the entrance of the garage noted with Hilton Hotel Parking. Bring your tickets with you to the front desk. Parking is $15 per night with unlimited in/out privileges.
Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Fort Wayne
The Courtyard by Marriott is directly across Jefferson Blvd from the Grand Wayne Convention Center and offers on-site Conner's Kitchen.
Parking is in a connected parking garage to the hotel. Guests should bring the white ticket in and present it at check in. Rate is discounted to $8 per day.
Pre-Conference Education Opportunities

Monday Night Reception
Don’t miss the Monday night special event on top of the town! Take in a beautiful skyline view of the city alongside dinner, dessert, networking, and hands-on, make-and-take activities from Fort Wayne attractions — all from the La Vetta Luxury Event Venue on the top two floors of the PNC Bank Building. Just a 2-block walk from the Grand Wayne Convention Center, following the illuminated pathway north on Harrison St. View walkable map. Shuttle service will be available for anyone needing transportation assistance - sign up at the Visit Fort Wayne Information Booth on Monday at registration.
Tuesday Awards Ceremony
We could not be more excited to showcase the brand new Pearl Street Arts Center for the Tuesday night ITC Awards Ceremony! Once an Aunt Millie's bread factory, the renovated facility now has a sole focus of fostering music, arts, and education with Chuck Surrack, founder of Sweetwater Sound, as the visionary and leader of the construction. The June E. Enock Auditorium will house the awards ceremony, boasting the best acoustics in the world. The rest of the building features music classrooms and office space, opening up to a walkable pedestrian street situated between The Bradley Hotel and The Landing Entertainment District.
Enjoy a Tuesday Night coupon for restaurants on The Landing (handed out at registration with your drink tickets) to extend the evening activities! Bus transportation will run continuously from 9PM - 11PM from the Pearl Street entrance to the Grand Wayne Center hotels.

Walk the concourse at Parkview Field to see one of the Top Minor League Ballparks in the Country - open as a public park outside of game times.
