The Three Rivers Mural by artists Key Detail was part of the Make It Your Own mural fest in 2020. Each of Northeast Indiana's 11 counties commissioned a mural to celebrate the vibrant quality of life in the region. The mural faces Washington Boulevard and is located between the Allen County Public Library and the Visitors Center.
