Enjoy a Saturday morning shopping for fresh produce, a wide variety of organic fruits and vegetables, hand made jewelry and crafts, local artwork, and more at the Barr Street Market! There will also be entertainment and fun for kids!
The historic Barr Street Market, next to the History Center, is the oldest public space in the city, dating back to 1837. Recently reclaimed as an outdoor market by the Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, the Barr Street Market is open for business on Saturday mornings from May to September.
Free parking is available at The History Center, 302 East Berry Street and racks are nearby for bicycles. During the YLNI Barr Street Market, you can tour the History Center at NO CHARGE.
