D.ifference Leadership Event for Teens <p>Calling all area Teen Leaders!<br /><br />The RespectTeam and Mad Ants Basketball are teaming up for the second annual M.aking A. D.ifference Leadership Event for local middle school and high school students. This event is designed to encourage our area youth to step up as leaders in their homes, their schools, and in our community.<br /><br /> <br />Keynote Speakers this year will be Mad Ants Hall of Famer, Ron Howard, President of the Better Business Bureau of Northern Indiana, Marjorie Stephens, and a Special Student speaker.<br /><br /> <br />Students will enjoy the free event and free Mad Ants game following the event. Students are encouraged to bring money for concessions during the game since this will be occurring during dinner. $5 Concession Vouchers can be purchased with your ticket registration.<br /><br /> <br />Who is Invited?<br />Any area 6th-12th grader that shows a desire to be a Leader in their Home, their School,<br />and our Community!<br /><br />When: February 25th, 2018<br /><br />Where: Allen County War Memorial Coliseum (enter front glass doors and look for RespectTeam Volunteers (Red and Black shirts) to direct you to the correct room<br /><br />Time: Doors open at 2:00, Event begins at 2:30, Game Tip Off at 5pm.<br /><br />Cost: Students are free (Max of 300 students so get your tickets today!), Adult Chaparones are $5 (limit of 1 adult per 10 students). Adult Chaperones must have a Background Check on file with an attending organization.<br /><br />Theme: Luau Night! The student dressed in the best Luau gear will receive a Prize Package from the Mad Ants!<br /> <br />Registration is required. Registration ends Feb. 11th.
