A strong working relationship between nonprofit board members and staff leadership is key to the long-term success of an organization—from a program impact perspective and from a financial sustainability perspective. Research shows the Board Chair’s relationship with the organization’s CEO is crucial in setting the tone for the work of the board.
Allen County 501(c)(3) nonprofits that provide direct services are invited to participate in discussions exploring these working relationships.
Two sessions will be held on these topics. Lunch will be provided; and each session will be held at the Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne, 555 East Wayne St., Fort Wayne, IN 46802.
Seating is limited to 36 attendees per session. Please note that each person attending each seminar should RSVP individually.
