2021-2022 GEORGE R. MATHER
SUNDAY LECTURE SERIES

The History Center is proud to announce the presenters for the 2021-2022 George R. Mather Sunday Lecture Series. All lectures are held at 2pm at the History Center and are free to the public. Lectures will be offered virtually or in-person in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines. We encourage everyone interested in the series to follow us on Facebook or register with the History Center via email to receive updates about how to access the lectures virtually.

January 2, 2022: Mark Souder – Television in Fort Wayne: The Four Major Eras (lecture and book signing)
February 6, 2022: Christopher Elliott – Before the Dream: Dr. Martin Luther King and Civil Rights Struggles in Fort Wayne, Indiana (lecture and book signing)
March 6, 2022: Kayleen Reusser – Those Plucky Women of World War II (lecture and book signing)
April 3, 2022: Charles & Pamela Robison – The Fort Wayne Organ Company and the Packard Legacy (lecture and book signing)
May 1, 2022: Michael Martone – The Bird Boy of Fort Wayne Flies Again (lecture and book signing)
June 5, 2022: Brad Little – Community Foundation of Greater Fort Wayne’s First 100 Years and Next 100 Years – Let’s Rise!
