Fall Orchestra Concert


The School of Music University and Community Orchestra returns with a program featuring the music of Otto Nicolai, Jean Francaix, and Alexander Borodin. Francaix’s “The Flower Clock” is a piece in seven continuous movements classifying various flowers according to the time of day at which each blooms. Pavel Morunov is the oboe soloist for this work. The orchestra will conclude with Borodin’s Second Symphony, (Heroic).
