About
On the second Sunday of each month, members of our curatorial department will offer unique insights into the different aspects of the Museum through interesting and thought-provoking presentations and demonstrations.
Join us on Sunday, November 14, 2021 for the second of a three-part series exploring the major technological developments created throughout the history of the automotive industry. In the second part, we will focus on the development of the electric car. Our professional museum staff will deliver a presentation and be on hand to answer all your questions regarding the subject. The history of the electric car dates back to the late 1800’s, long before names like Prius and Tesla made it a household name. In this presentation, we will explore the entire history from conception to the modern electric cars in use today.
This presentation is free to all members of the public with a regular museum admission and will take place in the Education Center at the Museum. For more information please contact the museum by phone at (260) 925-1444 or email at info@automobiemuseum.org.
