Curatorial Spotlight. Collections Care 101: Antique Automobile Preservation

On the second Sunday of each month, members of our curatorial department will offer unique insights into the different aspects of the Museum through interesting and thought-provoking presentations and demonstrations.

Join us on Sunday, March 14, 2021 for the third of a three-part series looking at the basics of collections care. Part three will deal with the topic of antique automobile preservation. Our professional museum staff will deliver a presentation and be on hand to answer all your questions regarding the subject. In this presentation we will explore proper antique automobile preservation from maintaining automobiles in running condition to proper maintenance of 100% original artifacts.

This presentation is free to all members of the public with a regular museum admission and will take place in the Education Center at the Museum. For more information please contact the museum by phone at (260) 925-1444 or email at
