Choral Educators Workshop


Join expert choral conductor and educator Dan Andersen for this informative, in-person, multifaceted workshop. Learn new choral techniques, review different literature, and learn how to pick the best arrangements for any group.

In this workshop, you will:

-Learn different choral warm-up techniques.
-Explore new and diverse concert and festival pieces.
-Review new selections from the Hal Leonard Discovery Series.
-Learn how to select dynamic choral literature to get the most out of your ensembles.
-Sing through some of the newest exciting pop, jazz, and theatre arrangements.

Meet the Instructor – Dan Andersen

Dan Andersen is a practicing clinician, festival conductor, and choral judge in Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois with over 40 years of experience. Graduating from Purdue University, Andersen has spent much of his career leading school and church choirs, as well as writing practice books for Hal Leonard.
