He is passionate about connecting people and places, especially through experience such as foraging, hunting, processing and cooking together. In this session, he will teach participants about local varieties of edible mushrooms that are delicious and simple to identify. </span><br /><br /><span>Presented as part of our Breakfast on the Marsh series for nature lovers ages 50+.
