Every year, hundreds of people across northern Indiana come together to raise funds to support care service programs, enable cutting-edge research, and advance nationwide advocacy efforts for people with ALS and their families.<br /><br />Proceeds from the Walk will proudly go to The ALS Association Indiana Chapter in support of local patient services and much needed research. Your support would enable The ALS Association Indiana Chapter to provide urgently needed funding for our patient services and programs, such as our Loan Equipment Closet, Respite Program, Nutrition Assistance Program, as well as promising and innovative research into this devastating and heartbreaking disorder which touches thousands of us here in Indiana.</p> 333 S.Clinton St. Fort Wayne, IN America/Indiana/Winamac
