Stay Healthy in Fort Wayne

Oh, how the holidays can fray one’s nerves with so much activity, expectations, over-eating, and over-spending. I get annoyed at just the sight of all the glitter I have to clean up after the tree has been put away. I’m a freelance holistic health coach and wellness blogger among other things and even I over-do it on every level.
