Taste of the Arts- Food to Look Forward To

For a foodie like me, Taste of the Arts is a dream come true. Every year, in late August, Arts United transforms Main Street and the surrounding area into a regional festival celebrating the arts. The event features music, dance, fine arts, theatre, history, and local food. The proceeds raised fund arts and culture programs and organizations. There’s only one thing better than a food festival—one that also raises money to support organizations that improve the quality of life in our community.

A Sneak Peek at Taste of the Arts 2016

 

Taste of the Arts is almost upon us! The event takes place over two days, starting on Friday, August 26 with the Beat Beethoven four-mile run/walk. Music commences from 6-10 PM. and continues on Saturday, August 27 from 11 AM-7 PM. All stationary events will occur on Fort Wayne’s Arts Campus (300 E. Main Street).

Rainy Day Checklist

The weather in Fort Wayne is one thing that you, unfortunately, can't count on. We all hope for those perfect spring days, but we do need those gloomy rainy days to bring in the beauty of our area (isn't there a saying about that?)
