The award-winning Fort Wayne Children's Zoo is fun for children and adults alike. Here you can see everything from lions to stingrays. I recommend the Sky Safari Ride, which provides a one-of-a-kind view of the zoo campus. Admission is $22 for adults. Hours are 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Tuesday and 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesdays.
Have a Picnic
Both Foster Park and Lakeside Park are ideal places to take in a quiet lunch. If you're lucky, you can secure a picnic table. Bring your camera to take photos of the beautiful flowers.
