The WWE is like a traveling circus. There are strongmen and clowns and high-flying acrobats. There's a Beast (Incarnate) and his tamer among the other animals. There are exotic beauties and carnival barkers. There are ringmasters...and there is a ring. One ring, not three. The storied "squared circle." But this circus doesn't travel by wagon. No, it travels by semi-truck, and it's on its way. Can you feel it? On Sunday, June 21 the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum becomes the big top as the WWE SummerSlam Heatwave tour comes to town.

I'm especially excited for this show for two reasons: first, there are five of us going, including a couple of my friends who have never come with before (which means I get to be the fifth wheel instead of the third wheel, but that's okay). Second, we've decided to go all in and wear the uniform of the live show - the T-shirt. We'll be repping John Cena, Jack Swagger, Enzo & Cassady (SAWFT!), "Macho Man" Randy Savage, and Randy Orton. Part of the fun of going to a live show is being able to participate and interact with the Superstars. T-shirts and signs are commonplace, as are chants of "This is awesome!" and "What?" Will you have a good time if you come to the show? I say, "Yes! Yes! Yes!"

The event card currently includes Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Sheamus, Bray Wyatt, Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, and Stardust. Keep in mind, though, that the card is subject to change.

Tickets are still available for the show and can be purchased at There's a Heatwave coming. Are you ready?
