Just as music inspires many of us in our lives… music plays an integral role in the formation of new musicians. The Embassy Theatre will host “Down the Country Line” on Saturday, May 17. The event showcases five local popular bands - playing the country songs that inspired their musical journey!

The event begins at 7 p.m. and features the following line-up:

  • John Curran and Renegade, performing the music of Luke Bryan
  • Blue Bird Revival, performing the music of Miranda Lambert
  • Cheyenne, performing the music of Brooks & Dunn
  • Reckon, performing the music of Jason Aldean
  • Marshall Law Band, performing the music of Waylon Jennings

The Embassy Theatre is conveniently located in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana at 124 W. Jefferson Blvd. It is within walking distance of two hotels, eateries and other entertainment. General admission tickets for Down the Country Line start at $10 each (in advance) and are available through Ticketmaster locations, online at Ticketmaster.com or by calling by the theatre box office at 260.424.5665. Bonus! This year a concert after-party will take place at The Rusty Spur, a local country music venue and bar, at 10350 Leo Road, on the north side of the city. Just bring your concert ticket stub to gain entry and a chance to see the bands after their Embassy Theatre performance.
