All aboard for one of my favorite Fort Wayne traditions that helps kick off the holiday season.
The Festival of Trains returns for its 14th year to Science Central November 23 through 25 in downtown Fort Wayne, Indiana.
This holiday event features a multitude of model trains presented by area train model hobbyists. Participating clubs include G-scale, HO and 3-rail Tinplate. Admission is $8. Children ages two and younger receive free admission. The festival runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and from noon to 5 p.m. Sunday.
For more information on activities at this year's event, visit Science Central online, or call 260.424.2400. Science Central is located at 1950 N. Clinton St.
