Cindy’s Diner

If you’re looking for a classic Fort Wayne breakfast spot, eating at Cindy’s Diner is a must. Their menu comprises of corned beef hash and eggs, “garbage” (a combination of eggs, potatoes, cheese, onions, and ham), hot cakes, eggs, a three-egg ham and cheese omelet, and sides such as English muffins, bagels, muffins, hot cooked cereal, and toast.

Dash-In

Dash-In is a good restaurant to visit if you’re looking for a simpler breakfast menu. Their menu includes breakfast sandwich options, biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon, and toast platters, and lighter options such as oatmeal, granola, and yogurt.

Proximo

This downtown eatery serves traditional breakfasts and ones with a little Latin-American flair. Perfect for a relaxing breakfast for one or an early morning power meeting.

Utopian Coffee & Kitchen

Located on The Landing in downtown Fort Wayne, Utopian serves up smooth coffee (roasted in-house!) and delicious breakfast and brunch options.

Cosmos Restaurant

If you’re looking for a restaurant with generous portions, be sure to stop at Cosmos. Their two locations have menu items such as omelets, pan skillets, breakfast specials, pancakes, waffles, crepes, and French toast.

Liberty Diner

For a New York diner-like atmosphere for your breakfast, visit Liberty Diner. Their menu offers 2 or 3 eggs with meat options, three-egg omelets, skillets, frittatas, smoked salmon specials, pancakes, waffles, French toast, and combo meals.

Bluebird Restaurant

If you’re searching for a restaurant with plenty of egg-based options, visit the Bluebird Restaurant. Their egg dishes include a variety of frittatas, breakfast sandwiches, steak and eggs platters, omelets, loaded skillets, farmhouse eggs, scrambler wraps, and some of their non-egg meals include loaded hash browns, waffles, pancakes, French toast, crepes, and cheese blintzes. 

Rise ‘n’ Roll Bakery

Rise ‘n’ Roll is the perfect place to grab a breakfast pastry on the go for yourself or for your family. Their bakery includes goodies like sticky buns, cinnamon rolls, and blueberry, lemon raspberry, and double chocolate muffins; they also have regular doughnuts, filled doughnuts, and Bismark doughnuts.

Spyro's

Spyro's Pancake House has been a staple in southwest Fort Wayne. Enjoy fresh squeezed OJ alongside a savory skillet or a stack of pancakes.
