Fort Wayne Featured in USA Today

USA Today recently picked up a news story from FamilyVacationist by a travel writer that Visit Fort Wayne hosted, promoting Promenade Park as a Midwest destination. The article also includes other Fort Wayne attractions including the Genealogy Center, the Old Fort, the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, Museum of Art, Botanical Conservatory, and more, describing Fort Wayne as a "bevy of cultural and architectural stops."

This story came about because of a writer that Visit Fort Wayne met and hosted in 2018. Jessa Campbell, Marketing and Communications Manager, explains, “It is fun to have these stories written about our destination, but it takes a lot of hard work. I meet and talk with hundreds of writers a year, and host dozens in our community. It all pays off when they love our community and we earn coverage like this!"

The article was also picked up by The Des Moines Register, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, and Cincinnati Enquirer among others.
