This two-story house has 10 major exhibits, which include a Politicians Exhibit, an African Village and Sports Room. Tours will take approximately 1- 1 ½ hours. Tours are held Tuesday-Friday from 9am to 1pm, Saturdays from 12pm to 4pm and Sundays by appointment. Guided tours are $5/adult and $3/child. Schedule at least 1 week in advance.

You will tour all three floors, including murals and stained glass on the third floor as well as courtrooms.  Tour should take approximately 1 hour, with a maximum of 30 people in a group and a minimum of 5 people. Tours are held Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm. $2.00 donation for docent-guided tours. Tours of the main library includes visits to each of the different public service departments with a brief explanation of their collections and services, information on system wide library services and a visit to the storage areas. Tours may be scheduled Monday-Thursday from 9am-9pm and Friday from 9am-6pm. Tours are guided and free of charge, but must be scheduled 1 week in advance.

Walking Tours
Downtown walking tours the first Friday of every month from April-November, beginning at 1pm. The tours last 90 minutes and travel approximately 1 mile through some of Fort Wayne’s “must see” architectural gems. $10.00/adult, $5.00/children between ages 6-17, Free for children ages 5 and under. The house offers a variety of programs that celebrate Miami culture and tradition. Open the first Saturday of the month in the summer from 1pm-4pm or by appointment year around. $7/adults, $5/students, children under 5 and members are free.

The tour will start with a short video presentation, and then give you a peek into DeBrand’s kitchens and a taste of some one-of-a-kind chocolate. Public tours are offered Tuesdays at 10am and Thursdays at 1pm, throughout the year. From Memorial Day through Labor Day tours are Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am and 1pm. Call to schedule tours of 12 or more for times not open to the public. $5/person and is refunded with shoppe purchase of $10 or more, $3 for school groups.

As one of Fort Wayne most treasured buildings, the Embassy Theatre offers both a historical and architectural tour with just one visit. The tour includes a glimpse of the dressing rooms and a walk on the beautiful stage.  Inquire about having the Page Organ as part of the tour.  Advance notice of at least 3 weeks required. Allow 1 hour for tour.

Tour the 300 seat theater where 6-7 plays are produced each year. The Art Gallery also serves as the lobby for the theater. 6-8 new exhibitions are scheduled to coincide with theater productions. Tours are free and must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance.
