Information Services Assistant
Renee is a Fort Wayne native and has no plans to leave anytime soon. Renee has served with Visit Fort Wayne since April of 2010 as a part-time staff member. She was first hired as the Visitors Center Receptionist and currently serves as the Information Services Assistant. Renee enjoys being the “face” of Fort Wayne as she serves visitors on the phone and in the Visitors Center.
She also assists locals with wedding and reunion information and occasionally staffs tables at various conventions.
Renee also manages Visit Fort Wayne’s Facebook and Twitter updates and has recently joined the blogging force here at Visit Fort Wayne, where she provides visitors with “insider” tips to enjoying Fort Wayne.
Outside of work, Renee is a mother of four children ages 7, 9, 11 and 13. She enjoys creating memories with her family all around Fort Wayne and is a Girl Scout leader (cookies anyone?). On any given day in the summer you can try to catch her running from the baseball fields at Hamilton Park to the softball fields at Homestead High School.
