Marketing Manager
Kristen Guthrie has worked with Visit Fort Wayne since 1998, working in both full and part-time capacities over the years.
She currently serves as the Marketing Manager, overseeing all advertising, marketing, communications and publications. Kristen also produces the community-favorite “Be a Tourist in Your Own Hometown” event each September.
“It is a pleasure to share Fort Wayne’s tremendous assets with our visitors,” adds Kristen. “And working with our great community partners is a real highlight of the job.”
Kristen loves exploring the treasures of downtown Fort Wayne and taking her six-year old son to the Fort Wayne Children's Zoo, where he knows more about the animals than she ever will! Kristen and her husband Joel also enjoy traveling, playing games with friends, and making each other laugh.
