Working with the marketing department, Visit Fort Wayne works with event organizers on strategies to help build meeting attendance. Along with an event landing page on our website, Visit Fort Wayne distributes news releases to dozens of local and statewide media outlets. We create Social Media campaigns using our Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Before arriving to Fort Wayne, educate your meeting attendees with pre-mailer items specially created for your group, including an e-newsletter, letter from the mayor and post cards. Visit Fort Wayne can also offer brochures, coupons and maps of city streets, restaurants, attractions and more.
Visit Fort Wayne is available to assist your group on-site, setting up a registration table or hospitality table with Visit Fort Wayne Guides that provide information about area attractions, dining, and shopping. Since Visit Fort Wayne's office is located across the street from the Grand Wayne Convention Center, a staff employee is always on call to provide support during a meeting.
Located directly across the street from the Grand Wayne Convention Center, the Visitors Center serves as a "front door" for our community, welcoming guests and offering visitor guides, maps, directions, event listings, and more. Our new space also features improved visitor services including digital signage and touch screen kiosks, additional souvenirs and merchandise, seating areas and more.
