On Thursday, June 2, Visit Fort Wayne will be hosting our annual Frontline Service Workshop. We invite you to bring your staff and volunteers (anyone who interacts with your customers and the public) to benefit from this great customer service and hospitality training.
Fort Wayne hosts over 5.8 million visitors each year. Learn how to bring these visitors to your business, serve them well, and leave them wanting to return to our community!
Two collaborative sessions will leave your employees energized and prepared to serve your guests:
Michael Nutter, Team President of the Fort Wayne TinCaps, will share about how they have become one of the region’s top attractions! He will also provide insider tips on creating a great customer experience, information on what’s new in the ballpark for visitors, and the importance of tourism to the community and downtown.
Megan Flohr, Director of Services at Visit Fort Wayne, will then lead the group in exercises to help them learn to better assist visitors, answer questions, and give directions and recommendations. In addition, she will acquaint you with the resources we offer to visitor businesses like yours.
Attendees will work together to share best practices and learn new ways to greet and treat Fort Wayne's visitors!
