Each of the five-course dinner will be paired with a beer and  wine. There will be a beer and a wine representative on hand to make the case why they chose the particular pairing and why their beverage of choice is better than their opponents's. However, the diners get to vote and decide which beverage will triumph. 
 
A rep from Country Garden Farm and Market in Roanoke, IN, to talk about their produce.
