Ok, I'll admit it: I'm a junkie for vintage clothes. Lucky for me (and you), a few local shops have popped up to cater to my vice. Here are  a few you might consider checking out: photo (13) Rockin' Ruby's Vintage Threads: Rockin' Ruby's Vintage scours the Midwest and beyond in search of fabulous vintage clothing & collectibles. You'll find everything from the 1880's to the 1980's. The owner, Cheryl Stano, has been in the vintage business for more than 20 years.  All of her items are guaranteed to be authentic vintage.  You can see her sweet finds for yourself at her store at 124 W. Wayne St., Suite 202, adjacent from Toscani Pizzeria. I've had some great luck here.  I found a pair of my favorite shoes there, as well as numerous shirts and dresses. You just have to know what you're looking for. And be sure to have plenty of cash on hand, as she operates on a cash only basis. Maisie & Maude:  Maisie & Maude is a bit of a treasure trove on Main St.  Look for a cute renovated home with a sign outside.  Here, you'll find vintage clothing, furniture and other unique items. I found a really cute dress here last week. The best part: she has a room exclusively for dresses. Talk about a dream come true! Emily's Haute Cottage:   Ever heard of shabby chic? This store is the definition! Come for unique home accessories, antique and vintage furnishings, candles and French, shabby chic  and cottage decor. Located behind the Union Music Assoc/Peace Counseling on W. Wayne just follow the sidewalk along this business back to the brick carriage house to find Emileys Haute Cottage! Happy thrifting!
