I am a new mom, which means I am constantly on the prowl for fun, family-friendly events—extra points if they are free. I am also a music lover and often attended local shows in downtown bars pre-baby. On any given night, a visitor to Fort Wayne may have over a dozen choices to check out local talent in bars. Of course, going to bars is out of the question now, but luckily I can still enjoy plenty of live music. Fort Wayne has a plethora of all-ages music events, especially during the summer. Here are a few of my favorites.
