Fort Wayne has a castle. No, not a royal residence, but instead a home for fine art. Located in the heart of the historic and eclectic West Central neighborhood, at 1202 W. Wayne St., the Castle Gallery boasts three floors of art and beautiful architecture. The building itself is a marvel, designed in the Richardsonian Romanesque style. Currently, the gallery features the work of late, local artist George McCullough. "George McCullough-The Tribute Show" includes several oil paintings, include still lifes and portraits. All works are for sale at Castle Gallery for the duration of the show. The gallery is open Tuesday - Saturday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., or by appointment. Call for holiday hours. P.S. If you're in the market for a new home, the property is for sale for $1.19 million!
